POST WORKOUT SKIN CARE REGIME
When you get hot your skin detoxifies with buildup leading to congestion and breakouts. The solution is thorough cleansing to ensure bacteria does not form on the skin’s surface (from sweating) causing congestion, breakouts and sensitivity.
