DEPOSIT POLICY
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. All bookings at So Glamorous require a deposit or gift voucher to secure your date/time appointment.
The deposit may be deducted off the total amount upon checkout of your treatment if you are not re-booking.
If you are re-booking, the deposit will be TRANSFERRED TO your next appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us immediately. So Glamorous requires 48 hours (2 business days) notice for any cancellation/rescheduling of your appointment. IN THIS INSTANCE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. IF YOU CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
